With the aim to improve quality of the customer service, Merz has upgraded its Microsoft Dynamics solution into the newer version. Within the implementation, we have made business processes more efficient and allowed the company to benefit from native functionalities of the CRM system.
Merz, operating on the Czech market since 1991, is a specialist in delivery of manufacturing information systems (MES), consultancy and system integration. The company proved its pro-customer oriented approach not only by obtaining the quality certificate according to the 9001 standard, but also by using the latest technology for efficient satisfaction of customers’ needs and requirements. The CRM system definitely belongs to such technology.
With the motivation to use the latest technology in customer service, Merz decided to upgrade the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 application into the newer version 2016 and chose our company as a supplier because of numerous positive references.
In addition to the primary goal, which was to upgrade Microsoft Dynamics CRM into the version 2016, we have simplified original customized system of the company, so they can use native functionalities of the system more than before. With minor improvements, we have secured Merz business managers’ support and more efficient work.
