A company, which belongs to world leaders in digital communication and significant players in the Slovak market in provision of telecommunications services, has selected our company as the partner for implementation of the new CRM system for the SME segment.

The project consisted of implementation of a new modern CRM system on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 platform, substituting several original systems including data migration and such integration of the new system into complex company infrastructure.
The objective of the new CRM systemu was to bring the users a modern and effective tool for sales management and planning, provide a complex 360° overview of all customer data, enable a more effective work with customers and achieve a better overview of all interactions and activities.
