We have delivered a CRM system for record-keeping and processing data on SME clients to the biggest Slovak bank.
From the aspect of assets, the biggest Slovak bank, Slovenská sporiteľňa, needed to solve record-keeping of about 18,000 of its existing and potential SME clients. All information on these clients, as well as keeping records on the relationship with them, were processed in a demanding and ineffective way.
Therefore we provided the client with a new CRM system, which brings full-value solution for business client relationship management in the SME segment. We significantly helped to increase data quality and work effectiveness of competent sales representatives with their clients and at the same time decrease operation costs related to creating, processing and updating data from various sources.
We delivered the project in an extremely short time period, from the idea to production roll-out within 2.5 months. Thus we proved our capacity to work for our clients to their highest satisfaction, not only with respect to quality, but also “time to market” as such. We are glad we have been expanding our portfolio of non-banking clients, where we actually serve more than 10 Slovak and Czech companies.
