The BDO global network operates in 154 countries around the world with more than 1 400 offices and 63 400 employees. The Slovak team consists of 60 professional employees and partners.

Modern CRM system for BDO Slovakia

We have delivered to BDO a central CRM system for management of business activities. The solution linked data from Excel files and various applications previously used by BDO. The project was carried out in a very short period of time, thanks to the agile methodology of project management and maximum use of this out-of-the-box solution´s functionalities with the aim to eliminate difficult integrations and programming modifications.

The implemented solution provides its users with the following benefits:

  • centralized system for management of company´s business activities;
  • 360-degree view of customer data and communication history;
  • effective tracking of the whole business process (from the lead, through business opportunities, to closing the deal);
  • an access to important data from anywhere and from any electronic device;
