Modern CRM system for BDO Slovakia
We have delivered to BDO a central CRM system for management of business activities. The solution linked data from Excel files and various applications previously used by BDO. The project was carried out in a very short period of time, thanks to the agile methodology of project management and maximum use of this out-of-the-box solution´s functionalities with the aim to eliminate difficult integrations and programming modifications.
The implemented solution provides its users with the following benefits:
