The absence of an effective customer relationship management tool led to CMSS’s decision to implement the CRM system, strategically choosing Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Its implementation took place in the framework of the replacement of all major banking systems, referred to as the Core Banking System (CBS).
The largest building society in the Czech Republic has gained a tool providing employees with the so-called 360-degree view on its clients data and a flexible platform for further system development. In the long run, this solution will not lead only to more efficient relationship management but also reduced costs on software solutions.
