Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 with a New Functionality

Project length: 6 months
In March 2016, the new CRM version for the bank was successfully implemented into production. The project of migration from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 to version 2015 lasted 6 months. Fluent transition from one version to another was crucial. Thanks to our professionality and previous experience of our experts, we´ve made it.

One of the main goals of the project was to revise and implement a new functionality representing the biggest business challenge. This functionality could significantly raise efficiency of the process of approval in case of applications for price exceptions on bank products. Československá obchodná banka used to process the applications for price exceptions through classic e-mail. Thanks to the new application, users will be able to enter all types of exceptions directly into CRM when dealing with corporate clients and at the same time process them and finally approve them. Another valuable benefit is native integration of the application with Outlook, what offers planning of agenda in familiar environment and contextual data connection with records in CRM. Československá obchodná banka plans further development of the solution as a key technological platform for relationship management.

Na mieru vytvorená webová aplikácia pre online uzatváranie vybraných poistných produktov 


Tailor made web application for the online conclusion of contracts on particular insurance products, such as travel insurance, third party liability insurance, or home insurance. The project includes design of user interface and testing of its utilization on the selected sample of users. The application includes direct access for call center employees with its own front end solution, automated contract transformation into the production environment of the insurance company, as well as payment methods providing payment possibilities using payment cards or ČSOB direct payment button.

iPhone application

Start of the project: September 2011

The iPhone application communicates with the website via web services and provides the users with basic information on news, currencies, branches and ATMs.

The application supports fast navigation to a bank branch or an ATM via the GSM technology with a possibility to display availability of the branch or chosen ATM. ČSOB clients can also enjoy a simple calculator designed for converting foreign currency.

The application includes credit and saving calculators what offers simple modelling of the instalment or calculating the instalment amount or the amount saved by a single or regular deposit.

Internet Bank Presentation

The new modern look was designed in line with the corporate design of the whole financial group. The web page serves mostly as the source of information and data for clients and bank partners.
It is thematically divided into four units – People, Companies, Private Banking and Financial Group. Parts of the page are also Internet presentations of the subsidiaries of the ČSOB financial group. The web page is built on the editorial system “CMS Arnia”. The page is administrated by dozens of editors with various authorization levels. The solution can be found at

CRM application promotes a long-term bank vision

We have delivered to ČSOB a CRM application built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform which has materialized the bank digital strategy. The aim of the application is to provide all users – from bank branches through the call centre, corporate banking to the back office – with a unified and modern front-end tool for management of existing as well potential clients and related activities.  Hundreds of employees use the CRM application in their daily work. The expected total number of users within 5 years will climb to more than 2,000. ČSOB digital transformation does not finish with launching the application. It is a continual strategic project going on across the entire group.
