Upgrade of outdated CRM system
For ESSOX, we have completed a project of upgrade from the older Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 to a newer version, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. Updated solution brings the potential for more effective customer contact in the field of Sales, Marketing and Customer service. The system has improved communication to meet customer requirements. Upgrading the BizTalk Platform to 2013 provides the client with an innovative platform that integrates enterprise applications. It brings the possibility to communicate with each other more easily, which will ensure smoother communication and higher productivity of the employees of each department.
