CRM and Partner Portal Implementation

The goal of CRM solution implementation in the company was to consolidate license orders and partner channels. The CRM solution aggregates information on companies, orders and invoices and it communicates with partner portal, invoicing system, license management system and other information systems of the company. The partner portal serves as an interface for partners of the company to access orders and history of their orders saved in the central CRM system.


The Affiliate Portal for Czech Partners

We developed the Affiliate Portal for the Czech branch office of ESET. The portal is designated for partners of ESET in the Czech Republic as a primary buying tool for licensed products of the company. The solution is interconnected with the internal CRM system providing partners with up-to-date information about their orders and invoices.The solution can be found here:
